DMCA COMPLIANCE

This document is intended to explain and enact the policies explained in 17 U.S.C. Section 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”) for the reporting of alleged copyright infringement. We at WeGraduate.com believe in the rights of copyright owners and have a Company policy of not using unlawfully obtained media and material.

I. DESIGNATED AGENT

Upon receipt of proper notification of claimed infringement, Company will follow the procedures outlined herein and in the DMCA.

II. COMPLAINT NOTICE PROCEDURES FOR COPYRIGHT OWNERS

The following must be contained in the copyright infringement claim:

A digital or physical signature from the copyright owner or an authorized agent for the copyright owner.

Acknowledgement and identification of the copyrighted work(s) alleged to be unlawfully infringed upon.

Sufficient information with which we may contact the party alleging to have been infringed upon. Physical address, phone number and email would all be appropriate.

A statement from the copyright owner (or agent) given in good faith that the alleged infringing work has not been authorized to be used in the way it is being used.

An additional statement included in the above statement that the notice is accurate and that the complaining party has authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Not including all of this information may delay the resolution or processing of the DMCA notification.

III. TAKE DOWN OF MATERIAL

We will act swiftly and judiciously in removing any and all material that is deemed in violation of the DMCA.
